Macross F character クラン・クラン / Klan Klan (or however you care to romanise it) is here given a rather special, not to mention skilful, doujin figure adaptation, which as you can see involves extreme miniaturisation.
This is actually a surprisingly common hobby, though telling Photoshop creations from actual figurines can at times be fraught. This would appear to be genuine enough.
In case you are wondering, the diameter of a ¥100 coin is 2.26cm.

The paint job looks relatively rough, but the sculpt looks ok for a figure at 0.5 inch.
A larger resolution picture would be good.
