Well... almost.
It's definitely the same appearance, but as has been previously mentioned, it's lacking the shouldercannons to go with it. Frankly though, considering the more prominent shouldercannons of the Guncannon, the defining features of the mobile weapon, I'd say it's forgivable that they excluded it.
Look in the background - there's another Guntank, though looking at the shape and colour of it, I'd say it's from 08th MS Team.
