.............To h**l with the board of education, they're beyond incompetent. A TEMPORARY TEN PERCENT pay-cut for the guy who traumatizes children and is likely very dangerous... but FOUR MONTHS suspension for the teacher who spends ten minutes on the internet during working hours....? All of them except the teacher who was suspended should be fired from schools permanently...

Seriously, although the paycut seems like a very lenient punishment, it's probably a death sentece in expensive effing Japan.

Also, quite an effective teaching strategy for disenchanted students in modern Japan.
