Yup - if, for example, you play Patvessel by May-Be Soft, the captain and bridge crew are dead ringers for Haruhi Suzumiya (including red brassard stating title), Mikuru Asahina, and Ruri Hoshino respectively. The mecha designs are from Full Metal Panic, and the spaceship is shaped like the Nadesico.

Despite all of the above it is still a great eroge with a hilarious and interesting plot.

She looks cute, isn't that what matters? At least it isn't 100% the same design, but still... I guess they expect people to buy it and pretend it's really Miku.
