Volume six of crazy shrine maiden manga, and now anime, Kannagi faeatures an interesting pin-up parody illustration, depicting Nagi-sama cosplaying Taiga (this would be Naiga? Or Taigi?), complete with risu-tora.
Thankfully, Nagi-sama is far from a tsundere, so the resemblance is only skin deep.
Interestingly, the illustration actually happens to be by the artist and mangaka currently undertaking the manga adaptation of Toradora…
Only watched one episode of ToraDora, and still didn’t start watching Kannagi… but I have a feeling this is a “two awesome worlds colides” pic.

Palm-top Squirrel/Chipmunk is more dangerous looking than the Tiger variety.

I watched both, since both release ep’s at almost the same time, and an OVA mixing both would be EPIC. Palmtop Tiger looks kinda cute… But Palmtop squirrel? Never expected that… In b4 Toradora/Kannagi OVA
I hope Toradora answers back with a reference to Kannagi. Spotting all this stuff in the episodes is already bad as it is, like the Furukawa Pan in some episode.
