The first one looks pretty familiar, and i'm pretty sure it's a reference to an anime movie. The second one is indeed a very common style and arrangement.

I don't know about you but a live action version would totally creep me out. Sure, 2D loli are nice and all, but real girls... That would just be creepy and ick.
