Very cute indeed. The smile is very slight so I think it can be called Nagato's smile. Even though, the Gothic Lolita fashion never was exactly my favorites. It's not that it bothers me.

BTW, pretty sure the Griffon loli/punk line are all based completely on this old image - http://media-wallpapers.theotaku.com/1024-by-768-309261-20070329013849.jpg

Don't believe there's been any other official artwork with them in those outfits, so the addition of Yuki's cute picnic basket seems to be something made up for the figure. Only the Haruhi figure closely resembles the illustration's pose in any case (her waving hand + smile).
