Pregnancy fetish is called maiesiophilia. It’s not all encompassing for the other things though. However, being a psychology major myself I think they all come from the same fundamental carnal fantasy; birth. I think those who find pregnancy porn attractive are 1) the kind of person who fantasies while viewing porn on a personal level. They see the woman as THEIR woman, as their wife, as the woman they love (not that their IN love, only that that fantasize about feeling in love). That being said I believe they are also 2) Keen to the idea of being fathers of some kind. Mind you, they may or may not have any clue as to the difficulty and responsibility of actually raising a child, but the idea suits their life fantasy.

Remember that for some porn viewers their fantasy isn’t just about the sex, it’s the situation, the lifestyle, the enviorment, and to some people nothing is better than going through the emotional bonding that comes from bearing a child together.

As for the tentacles/rape/egg-laying/loli/futa and other stuff, I have theories as to why they appeal to people, but to be perfectly honest… I… really just don’t have a dang clue.

I think you are analysing things on too high a level.

Look at “Venus” figurines - humans evidently have a innate attraction to certain physical characteristics, especially those embodying fertility. Such characteristics are greatly accentuated during pregnancy, and powerful hormonal factors are also at work.

Thus, we might do better not to fall into the trap of considering this psychologically “abnormal” (culturally, maybe), just as it is not reasonable to consider men who lust after adolescent girls as psychologically abnormal (I will leave out all the obvious qualifications required with this statement).

I wouldn’t be prepared to generalise from my own case, but I really have no interest at all in birthing or wife fantasy either…
