School comedy anime 今日の5の2 / Kyou no Go no Ni received a lukewarm reception for its first episode, with the lack of enthusiasm exacerbated by a not entirely favourable comparison with the previous OVA and of course the manga. Fortunately, it seems to have staged a turnaround in the second episode, with the voices of fans now broadly enthusiastic.
This wouldn’t have anything to do with all the loli bra and almost-panchira the second episode is stuffed with, would it?
Via Tenma.
Apparently, censorship difficulties prevent pantsu, but with the usual watertight logic, broadcasters seem to have decided that the bras of adolescent girls are absolutely fine.
Whatever travails it may be enduring finding the appropriate level of ecchiness, it seems Kyou no Go no Ni may be worth a second look.

Well…, this anime is slowly becoming pretty appealing to me :)
Are they really like pudding ?
does the manga version of this happen to be by the manga-ka who did minami-ke? seems sort of familiar…
Yep same guy. Can’t remember the name off the top of my head though.
I loved the “locked inside the sports room” joke. The end scene makes it much more funnier :D
Wait, I saw the OAD/OAV. They’ve decided to now air it on TV? Is there any differences (It’s been awhile since I saw the series, so I can’t really remember specific parts…)
Sugoi!
I always like the series since OVA n hearing the fact that the creator involved in Minami-Ke I was rejoice. Honestly, I don’t really like the art of this TV series, the OVA did better in that sense.
I actually liked the first episodes, after expecting it to be a letdown from what I’d heard. 2nd episode was quite good, so this series is now on my watch list.
