It's not like you have to dislike her just because she's not your favourite character. :)
I don't think it's anything to do with Yoshika-chan being unpopular, it's simply that the other girls are just more popular for the voters of that poll.
Using football as an analogy, if a respectable football power like the Netherlands were to get trashed by Brazil, it doesn't mean the Dutch are crap, it simply means the Brazilians are just better in the game.
