If I have not seen a single episode, do you think I would be giving my opinion about this anime? Please! You can hardly call this crap BL. It's just regular loli ero with penises and testicles instead of vaginas. Aesthetically is an OKAY production, but when it comes to writing it FAILS MISERABLY. That's why "Boku no Pico" and subsequent sequels will be forgotten after people are done masturbating to them.

"favourly received"? That Amazon link only lists 2 reviews and they aren't that pleased with the anime (me either). I find this whole series gimmicky and unrealistic. The inclusion of a character like CoCo illustrates my point. Besides, what's the point of calling it "shota" if they make the boys so unnaturaly girly?

Puberty begins long before 18, and 18 was a law made to prolong childhood mentally, not physically. In Russia, the age of consent is 13. If you are 13, hit puberty, and like the people around you who are of the same age, does that make you pedo? Thus, by placing a male anatomy on a female, the male viewer would be able to relate to the sensations felt by the futa. Thus they can imagine themselves in that particular position. Some of them secretly long to be female, but in such imaginations they can only imagine their own anatomy of pleasure.
