Some observant souls on 2ch spotted this rather glaring and extremely painful looking mistake in the animation in the recent Lucky Star OVA.
As you can see, Misao seems to have broken her wrist or suffered some hideous deformity, as usually the hand should be the other way round (try getting your own thumb to be at the front like that).
Perhaps this is the reason for Tsukasa’s expression? A surprising mistake from these normally consistently competent animators.

This reminds me of the anime Nogizaka Huruka…. ep 8 where one of the characters had her eye in front of her glasses frame.
Animation errors do happen, after all they are still hand made.
The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya had tons of errors, namely Kyon’s bag is always missing.
I’m not surprised there are errors there too.
Things like this happen oftenly in Anime and Manga
