Let's see, Haruhi, Minami-ke, Moetan, Ichigo 100%, Lucky Star, Shakugan no Shana, Ichigo Marshmallow, Negima, Kyou no Go no Ni, Joshikousei (High School Girls), Koharu Biyori, Kodomo no Jikan, Hidamari Sketch, School Days, Onegai Twins...and I missed a lot of others.

One of them looked like the girl from Noir (1:51), and the one at 1:55-1:57 (after School Days), the bra adjustment at 2:03, panty flash at 2:06-2:08 with the blonde and quick flashes (one looks kinda like Setsuna from Needless, the girl before Asuna at 2:12, the girl who drops her top around 2:10, the girl around 2:26, the green haired girl at 2:27, 2:29-2:30, the three girls.

I found that the artist is Waka Miyama (http://www.akibaangels.com/articles/07_2006/yw.php) and I love this style of his, and can find only a couple of images of his ecchi or H work, but don't know if he worked on a full eroge.
Wikipedia says he illustrated an HJ Bunko manga named Princess wa Otoshigoro!, but that's the sum of my English-only capabilities.

So much..... Minami Ke and Moetan. Looks like they used pretty common sources for this video though, Lucky Star, Shana, Haruhi ect. The only one I saw that was somewhat obscure was Koharu Biyori
