Arte Tokio have a reputation for producing some of the finest silicone dolls around, and their latest product, the very modestly endowed loli “Arte 040”, looks set to expand the appeal of their fine works even further.

You can even get a metal frame fitted inside the doll (as opposed to the standard wire skeleton), should you feel the need.
The loli version comes in at a diminutive (or huge, depending on your criteria) 40cm, whilst the more mature dolls are a full 60cm.
As for price, the large and small dolls are in the region of ¥70,000, although the normally sized one is a mere ¥50,000. A custom fitted metal frame is an additional ¥30,000, and a variety of different skin tones are possible. A host of fashion accessories are also available.
Expensive, though not unreasonable considering the level of craftsmanship and technology involved.

The loli version isn’t yet up on the English site, but it should be soon enough. You can see galleries of fairies posing tastefully by a forest stream there too, in much the same way as you can on the fairy galleries.
Compare to another high quality doll, this time with ball joints and in the likeness of Haruhi.

Si I was looking into this and it appears that they no longer sell dolls to america. They are still selling dolls on their japanese site, but I'm not sure if you can order from an american IP, aparently all their stock is "sold out" although its stuff they should have. I'm going to see if I missed something about production runs or see if one of my japanese friends can but one of these for me ._.
