I don’t know Japanese, but following your link and looking at your screenshots…the only thing that’s from R2 is the one with Kallen in a towel.
Everything has nothing to do with R2 and is old material.
Maybe the guy is commenting on the Code Geass season one Blue-Ray release? That’s just coming out right now, and would explain the presence of this link (and no mention of R2 per se).

In R2 her name is clearly spoken and lulu and every one else as C.2.
