I see the ゼロ　and 上. But between those is hard for me to see. I figured it was a kanji character becase the rest of the characters are nicely space apart. That is why I am guessing it might not be ムナン. The better reasoning is that since it is mirrored, it can't possibly be a ノ. This was much clearer when you actually flip the pic in Photoshop.

As to what it might be, I still don't know...

As far as I can see, it´s even mirrored.
It´s katakana with the last being a kanji for up.

ゼロムナノ上

zero muna no ue

though I´m not sure that it´s muna, since I can´t find any meaning to it, it would make some sense if it was mune = breast.

Freely translate it would be something like The breast above is Zeros/only for Zero.
