Tsukasa-mania in this fine video. The latest MAD meme to become popular on Nico is the “Night of Nights” style of remixed anime, which started to become popular with the Yu-Gi-Oh! “Night of Command” and “Speed Command” videos, and had its fullest expression with the excellent Code Geass Nipponpon series; here we have it done using Lucky Star’s TN TN lover Tsukasa Hiiragi:

If you use firefox, the extension Flashgot has the ability to grab any playing media on the page and download it using a download manager. (As well as a LOT of other stuff)
