It looks as if Zero no Tsukaima III has now completely switched genre to ludicrous oppai anime, taking its place alongside Ikki Tousen and Sekirei, with the tenth episode, and now the eleventh, all fixated on the service characters, or rather, parts of them.

Are they not taking things a little far?

It seems the sudden increase in oppai is not being accompanied by much in the way of story development, with the penultimate episode not giving much sign of closure.

Might we take this as evidence that a fourth season will be soon in coming?

Judging by the past 2 seasons they usually cram the last two episodes into the best episodes of that season. So hopefully 12 and 13 will be better then the rest of the season.
