Here we have a spot of relaxing “delivery therapy” promised by a gurning Mikuru, taking the usual anime themed advertising of these services a little far. It does not say whether the dispatch of a girl cosplaying Mikuru is an option for relaxation enhancement.

Delivery health/dispatch prostitution services such as these also often seem to offer credit card payments as here, all very convenient I’m sure.
