Since I love trying to find various things on the internet. I decided to try this with my limited Japanese knowledge. Took me a couple separate tries.
It seems to be part of a anthology. The title of it (or the anthology) is “誰にも言えないマルヒ調教H”. It could be romanized as:
“kere ni mo gen enai maruhi choukou H” (keep in mind that Im really bad at romanization)

Probably these scans are from Boku Imo (1- title too long to remember, google it and you find out more. 2- i know because the girl says “Yori” and it’s the same of her brother =)), an incestuous shoujo.

Funny, I do spy censoring. It’s called “not drawing it where it counts”.
Curiously, the third pic, which I find the most explicit, isn’t censored at all. If it was, it’d help explain to me the widespread Japanese mystery over and ignorance of NORMAL sex.
actually, i discovered that genre just recently. except for the fact that i hate bishounen, those manga are way yummier than most of the crap you find in the seinen sector.
