Perhaps it’s just me, but I feel that the guys openly shooting upskirts of girls cooperatively wearing special costumes and striking calculated poses which facilitate such activity, are somewhat akin to hunters who take part in a canned hunt.
Why does the cosplayers allow that sorta behaviour?
Look at the pic with the 2 cosplayers on the paraket. They are just being swarm by the otakus doing upskirt shots. Shouldnt they feel violated?
The answer to that would probably be money. I would bet money is paid to get even close to those people with anything that resembles a peice of technology that is capable of capturing images. And as it has been proven time and time again throughout history: People will do just about anything for money

How about not trying to learn a non Indo-european language by watching tv? Take a real fucking class. You'll learn a lot faster, and you'll be less likely to piss people off by using the wrong grammar forms.
