If it's positioned under the breast then you'll have a very hard time telling the difference. But of course not always that technique is possible or advisable, and never it's an option if you want a huge enlargement. That said, I agree with you. In a way above a "C" can be considered unhealthy since resulting spinal injury and other problems, especially since females tend to have more problems with calcium deficiency. I myself being tend towards smaller chests partially for that reason, and have found that A works just find for me and is my preference.
