A Day at the Hakurei Shrine

A beautiful rendition of a day in the life of Hakurei Reimu and her various acquaintances (nearly all of them by the looks of it, friend and foe), realised in the style of an 8bit console; more a visual manga or even an anime, than a MAD as such, the quality is really faultless.

It’s entirely visual, with no actual Japanese, so anyone can enjoy it fully, and it runs for an amazing 22 minutes (and you would be well advised to watch to the end). Sold? Watch it below.

They really don’t do much at that shrine, do they?

Currently gaining massive popularity very quickly at source Nico. If it were made into a game…

Can’t see what the game objective would be, though.

I like how everyone seems to be laid back. It could use some lasers and graze flying around the screen. =D

Aawwww…That was so heartwarming. Everyday should be like that. Lol @: Marisa telling Yuyuko that there’s no food; Marisa choking on a mushroom; Kaguya eating said mushroom and getting her mouth burned; Reisen & Tei as sedan bearers; Alice & Patchouli spying on Marisa’s sleep over at the shrine; and Cirno getting blasted by Flandre.

I definitely enjoyed watching that. Everything’s so calm and peaceful. I’d wish there was a full-fledged anime for this. :(

I finally got it!! Aya had cameras placed at the front & back of the shrine and was filming one of those “a-day-in-the-life-of…” type things. Flandre cracked the lens of one and Aya sent it to Nitori to fix! Haha!!
