Oppai battle anime Sekirei gets a steamy service episode sure to turn heads, though certain questions must be asked, and not just about the miracles of balance some of the female characters exhibit…

For example, when did it become common practice to air the trial version of the anime, using what must at least partially be a convenient excuse of prudish stations, and then provide the actual intended anime on the DVD edition?

It seems a significant proportion of their revenues come from these DVD sales and similar merchandising, as well as more libertine PPV, so it is understandable that they might start to treat the broadcast version as simple bait, but even so…

So it was steamy in a purely literal sense, unfortunately. Let us hope they do not get carried away with this…

If they continue on it may be like the kanokon dvd version with nipples and all….

Don’t compare Sekirei with Kanokon.
Sekirei is 100 hundred times better than Kanokon :D
