That has definitely been censored - sharp eyes indeed. It probably accentuated her in ways unsuitable for an idol type shoot, or at least such is my surmise.

Seriously, is it just me, or does this woman have a censored (lightly blurred in this case) crotch? Notice how the seam down the middle just... disappears?
