Pantsu Witches Takes a Step Back?

The latest episode the anime formerly known as Pantsu Witches, Strike Witches, is sure to turn heads again, this time with the improbable and unwarranted restraint it exhibits, sure to dent its credentials as the premier pantsu exposure anime of recent memory.
A notable de-escalation of ecchiness is apparent, and weather and lighting conditions seem to be conspiring to prevent much of interest being shown; fans are sure to protest at this, though the tiny minority of fans interested in the story may be heartened by a strongish showing in this area.
Notice anything odd?

This is most disappointing, especially after the promising developments exhibited in episode five, though it seems likely to burnish the title’s credentials as a relatively normal anime.
Before we see what enhancements come in the DVD edition, we can at least take heart at the possible inclusion of more interesting developments in the next episode, and of course it is always possible to take solace in the recent pantsu laden gallery, or the manga’s still unsurpassed levels of delicious cake…
Please tell me this is getting dubbed :)
When I went on an anime crusade to find a downloadable version of this I think I did come across an english version. Though it was not free to download :(
dub version is always not good 4 your ears
