A gang of schoolgirls viciously presided over the gang violation of their female classmate (17), stripping and beating her, and then subjecting her to every form of degradation, ultimately turning her over to waiting boys in an act of infamy sure to resound far and wide.
As if to cap their lack of taste, and/or sense, the part involving the naked girl being beaten and humiliated was uploaded to the Internet.
The video shows the unfortunate girl, naked throughout, stoically ignoring her captors, save their commands to perform, even as she is slapped, punched and kicked, all to the evident delight of the gang. This continues for seven minutes, with the gang excitedly making progressively more humiliating demands of her, and one point having her slap herself vigourously. What happens to her before and after the video must be left to the imagination.
The Chinese authorities have already detained four youths in connection with the case; two girls who fled are also being hunted. However, a total of eleven youths, seven of them female, appear in the video. Police at least will not have their work cut out in identifying the culprits – their school was apparently readily identifiable from their uniforms.
The incident came to police attention only when someone who came upon the posted movie reported it, seeing that a video of a naked girl being beaten and kicked might well be evidence of a crime. The video itself was posted an accompanying explanation to the effect that it was to bring the evil deeds to light, so presumably its provenance stretches back further back much than this.
Further, it seems police managed to extract details from a person familiar with the case, with it emerging that the incident apparently took place last summer; the gang apparently snatching their victim from a net café, taking her to a rented room and there abusing her, eventually calling the four boys over to make use of their captive, and filming the event on a mobile phone.
The girl victimised apparently dropped out of school without reporting her ordeal; she is said to be in care, though on the street groundless rumours have persisted of her suicide.
The school apparently became aware of what had transpired in January, and expelled two boys over the matter, but did nothing further, and did not report the incident for fear of damaging its good name.
The video may only have lasted seven minutes, but it looks as though the repercussions will last long after.
There are some photos of the outrage at the Chinese source (having attracted more than 600 comments it looks to be garnering quite a reaction); this via Heaven. The video itself has spread quite rapidly, but is probably liable to be deleted only slightly less rapidly; prospective viewers should be warned it is in quite poor taste.

While this event and the people who created are disgusting, it is unfortunately something that is not uncommon.
There are several things wrong in society that allowed for things like to this happen:
1) The acceptance of bullying as something that is “expected” in schools, and the lack of any actions to remove bullying.
2) The proliferation of gangs and gang culture, the whole point which is to pick on an individual while being in a large group. Would any of the female perpertrators pick on the victim if she was by herself? No, because then she would be more likely to fight back. In other words, the people here are sheer COWARDS.
3) The parents who raised the children without disclipline and without teaching them right and wrong. When wrong happens, you PUNISH THEM, not just ignore it and hope they get better when they grow up.
4) Related to point 3, these kids grow up thinking there are no consequences for their actions and thinking they own the world. Which unfortunately is a little bit true, since adult is too cowardly to instil disclipine for fear of looking like a child-abuser.
5) The mentality that children are “pure”, “innocent” and can “never do wrong”. Every parent thinks their children are innocent little angels. The reality is the OPPOSITE. These little hellspawn understand their actions, and they continued with it. These little hellspawn raped and physically abused the victim, AND THEY FUCKING HAD A LAUGH AND ENJOYED IT.
6) Unique to Asian culture, the concept of “saving face”.

So not only these hellspawn rape the girl, not only did they repeatedly slap on her on the face, but they HUMILIATED her, DEGRADED her, and SHAMED her. The opposite of saving face, they made her LOSE FACE.
To compound the situation, the cowardly school which the perpertrators are students of, did not report the incident for “fear of damaging its good name” (saving face).

I really feel sad for this young women, I think for this even to take place their must be a extreme break down of control in society.. obviously China has such difficulties with this otherwise such crimes as this wouldn’t of happened.
To be quite honest I wouldn’t feel the slightest if these young women who portrayed such a hennas crime received death via the firing squad or other means.

Her name is not given in either the Japanese or Chinese source, for reasons which you can probably appreciate. The sources are fairly clear that she is in care after her ordeal, and after dropping out of school.
Perhaps it is for the best that she retains her obscurity, considering the potential nature of her clebrity…
I can accept why her name was not given but I don’t think the article here is very clear about how she currently is. I mean “rumours have persisted of her suicide” doesn’t seem very clear and is a bit worrying, to say the least.

To clarify: she is in secluded care, and the rumours are merely falsehoods. The Chinese journalist who investigated seems to have had good sources, so it seems likely his account is correct.
