Tech Arts 3d’s adult game 3Dカスタム少女 / 3D Custom Girl certainly allows you to create girls who bear more than just a passing resemblance to various characters, not least of which is the recreated Hatsune Miku visible below (somewhat H) – see here for a much more detailed breakdown of the game’s girl creation functionality.
The game itself seems to have slightly behind the curve graphics for this sort of game, but by the looks of it more than makes up for any deficiencies with the quantity of options available… just about everything seems to be adjustable.
I don’t know about you, but that game art looks hideous…
I think I’d agree… RabuDesu probably still dominates the 3D genre. I think the physics are half the appeal on some of these games, unfortunately.

Design is sure weird but I like it. I tried the demo and the variety of customizations was pleasant. This kind of game could be practical to draw characters.
Thanks for the report - I was also thinking such a customisable game might cross over into animation… Now there’s an idea.

Tried the demo as well, did say something about it in a post before, since I was initially planning to use it as the program to create my blog mascot. But meh.
Game is being released this coming Friday, the 13th, officially.
Btw, I remember something along the lines of Hatsune Miku visual novel last Comiket. Not sure if it was ero or not, though..
